OVERVIEW Prime Offer provides inbound lead generation services for real estate investors and wholesalers. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 2. SERVICES PROVIDED Prime Offer delivers inbound seller leads generated through marketing channels including but not limited to: Google Ads (PPC) Facebook / Meta Ads SEO and landing pages All leads are based on information voluntarily submitted by homeowners. 3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Prime Offer does not guarantee: Closed deals Revenue or profit Conversion rates Results depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to: Your follow-up speed Your sales process Market conditions All services are provided for lead generation purposes only. 4. LEAD QUALITY & DISCLAIMER While we aim to provide high-quality, motivated seller leads: We do not guarantee accuracy of all information submitted Sellers may change intent or circumstances Not all leads will convert into deals By using our services, you acknowledge the inherent variability in lead performance. 5. PAYMENT TERMS All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed Pricing is based on selected lead volume tiers Failure to maintain payment may result in paused or terminated services 6. NO REFUNDS POLICY All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for leads delivered. However, we provide a lead replacement policy under specific conditions (see Section 7). 7. LEAD REPLACEMENT POLICY Eligible leads may be replaced if: Contact information is invalid or unreachable The property is already listed The lead is clearly fake or test data The property is outside the agreed target area Duplicate leads occur within a 60-day period Replacement Requirements: Requests must be submitted within 72 hours Valid documentation is required (call logs, screenshots, etc.) Requests must follow the official submission process Limitations: Replacement requests are capped at 10% of total monthly leads Unresponsive leads do not qualify Leads that do not convert do not qualify Prime Offer reserves the right to verify leads before approving replacements. 8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES By using our services, you agree to: Follow up with leads promptly Maintain accurate contact systems (CRM, phone, etc.) Use leads in compliance with applicable laws Failure to properly follow up may impact performance and eligibility for replacements. 9. USE OF LEADS Leads provided by Prime Offer: Are intended for your internal business use only May not be resold, redistributed, or shared Must be used in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws 10. MARKET AVAILABILITY Lead availability is based on: Geographic demand Campaign capacity Market saturation Prime Offer reserves the right to: Approve or deny access to specific markets Limit the number of clients per region 11. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if: Terms are violated Payments are not maintained Misuse of leads occurs 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Prime Offer shall not be held liable for: Business losses Missed opportunities Indirect or consequential damages Use of our services is at your own risk. 13. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
